A Mission
At the heart of everything I do is a simple but powerful message: to help people feel seen, valued, and understood—but also to make them laugh when they need it the most. Life is messy, unpredictable, and something downright ridiculous, and I believe in finding the joys in the chaos. Sure, I create inspiring and uplifting designs, but let’s be real—sometimes you just need a sticker that says exactly what you’re really thinking. A few swear words have been known to make it into my work (oops!), but for the most part, I try to keep it clean… ish.
As a military spouse, I know what it’s like to start over, feel underestimated, and question where you fit in. I also know the power of humor, community, and well-placed expletive to get through the tough days. That’s why my products aren’t just about motivation. They’re about real life. The highs, the lows, the absurd PCS disasters, and everything in between.
Through my business, my advocacy, and my journey as an entrepreneur, I want to create more than just products—I want to build a space where creativity meets connection, where you can find something that speaks to your heart or your unfiltered thoughts. Whether you need a reminder that you’re enough or just a good laugh, chances are, I’ve got you covered.
I also create because I know how much words matter. A simple phrase can lift you up, give you the push you need, or remind you that you’re not alone. My goal is to bring you designs that spark joy, give you permission to take up space, and maybe even make you snort-laugh (and possibly spit out your drink in the process). Sometimes you need a little inspiration, a little attitude, or just something that makes your day better. I’m here to hopefully help you do just that.

Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Hi, and welcome! I’m Katie—an Air Force spouse, entrepreneur, and a former Registered Nurse. I turned my passion for creativity in a thriving business. After years of moving across the country, navigating career challenges, and redefining my path, I found my purpose in creating meaningful products that bring joy, encouragement, and connection.
I found hand lettering in the fall of 2019 while we were stationed in Alabama. It started as a creative outlet, but it quickly grew into something more. Following a PCS half-way across the country in the summer of 2020, I hung up the scrubs and stethoscope to try my hand at entrepreneurship. I started my Spouse-ly shop (think Etsy meets Angie’s List, but all the vendors have a military, veteran, or first responder connection) with a few stickers and prints. Over the past almost 5 years, I’ve grown my business to well over 100 different sticker designs, dozens of prints, and now ornaments, oyster shell ring dishes, bookmarks, shirts, and more.
Beyond my business, I’m a proud advocate for military spouse entrepreneurship and career opportunities. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to build a career while moving every few years, and I’m passionate about sharing my journey to help others see that it is a valid path that can work for them too.
When I’m not working on new designs or connecting with my community, you’ll find me reading a book, drinking coffee, listening to a playlist heavy on Taylor Swift, or spending time with my 2 sons, husband, and our derpy rescue Labrador.
